Charter Policies
Boarding Times
Checkin time: 3:00 PM
Dropoff time: 11:00 AM


Reservation Payment
Reservations will be confirmed upon availability of requested dates and receipt of $400 for Standard, $500 for the Snowbird, $700 for the Fundeck for the reservation payment made payable by cheque, VISA or Mastercard. No reservations will be made to persons under 21 years of age or anyone who doesn't have a valid Driver's License.

Cancellation Policy
Your $400.00 reservation payment is refundable less facilitation fee if reservation is canceled or changed in writing 60 days or more prior to departure. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to departure will be refunded the full charter less the reservation payment, and administration fee IF the boat is re-chartered.

Damage Deposits
A $2500.00 Damage Deposit is required to boarding. Only VISA, Mastercard will be accepted for the Damage Deposit. NO PERSONAL CHEQUES WILL BE ACCEPTED. The $2500.00 Damage Deposit will be applied to the following outstanding charges; damage caused to the houseboat, lost or broken inventory, late returns and excessively unclean boats. The $2500.00 Damage Deposit will be refunded providing there are no outstanding charges and the boat is returned at the appointed time ($75.00/Hour for late return).

Pets
We strongly advise against bringing pets on the houseboat. Pets are allowed subject to a $75.00 charge. Pets must be pre-registered at the time of booking.
